Well at first, I didn’t succeed!  Now I have to figure out what to do with this whole batch of washed-up oatmeal cookies.  Oh yeah-cheesecake crust!

But undaunted, I tried again and came up with a Do-si-Do bar.  It’s not just good.   It needs a glass of milk to top it off.  Recipe coming soon:)
