Full-time stay at home wife and mama of three (four in March!) . Pug dog mama. Professional Chef and Pastry Chef.  Have Celiac Disease and live in a gluten-free world.

I’m a celiac. I see it like this:  I can spend my life dragging around and sulking, drooling over everyone else’s pizza slice.  Or I can take my skills and god-given talent and create food that ends up being more delicious than anything gluten-filled anyway.  I stopped fretting, stopped fearing and started living.

I’m a busy lady.  I’m at home full-time, have my own business that I run, also full-time.  Where did all the time go?  I don’t eat out a lot because even with calling, discussing with the chef, making arrangements, it usually doesn’t go well.  So I cook and cook and bake and bake at home.  You can too.  Save money, live better, eat better, join your family at the dinner table.  Crank up the classic rock and get the Led out.  If your kids think you’re crazy, that’s ok.  At least they know you!

We do things the old fashioned way around my house.  We don’t have cable.  We eat dinner at the table together every night, except for occasional movie nights.  My kids ride their bikes to their theater class and girl scouts and school.  We work together, we vacation together, our life is grand without being grandiose.  I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

    Oh my goodness what a tease the pictures look amazing, where can I order your goodies, sorry I stumbled upon you on FB and the pictures or rather the food porn you keep posting has me salivating on my keyboard! I WANT!!

    I saw you on FB and checked out your pound cake site. I’m gluten, dairy-and corn-free and was stoked to see that your pound cake can be made dairy-free?!!! Let’s talk, I’d love to help promote this- if its for realz!

    Hi Papa Joe!
    Umm, I tried the button and subscribed, it’s through a system called Feed-blitz. You put in your email, type in a mystery code that it shows you, sends you a confirmation email and then you are all set-up. Maybe try it again!
