    I was wondering if you could help me with a good recipe for a pizza crust. My husband and daughter are not gf and they still want pizza. I tried a store bought pizza dough, that did not work out very well and was wondering if you have had any success of your own.

    Marissa, I want to thank you for reaffirming my confidence in baking GF again after visiting your display today at the Quarry Farmers Market. I’ve tried different online recipes and feel like some flour formulas end up hurting my digestion worse that wheat flour ever did. I have seen your GF formula and feel this may work so much better for me.

    Do you have a Bread machine recipe that will hold together and not BLOW UP in the machine? I too have a milk allergy but not so much wheat. However I feel better if I don’t eat wheat at all. If you can help, it would be much appreciated!!!

    PS loved your Raspberry Oatmeal Bar …. I ate it all before I got home. :)

    I’m speechless! I was looking at gluten free sites… and low and behold. MY COLLEGE ROOM MATE! Hey!! WoW is all I can say. Looks like you are doing great! Congrats on the new baby! Congrats on the business, and the web-site.

    What’s craziest, is I’ve had my daughter on a gluten free diet for 3 years. She’s Autistic, and it really does help. I really didn’t want to be “one of those Moms” but you can’t poopoo it when you see a dramatic difference.

    Anyway, I can’t believe I found you like this. Small world.
